  1. I always sweat like crazy when i did these + the thigh exercise video. I’m doing everyday so i have bad muscles pain every day >.< Anyway, shes a great instructor! The wall sit is slightly hard for me though.. only maintained for 30secs..

    • I actually shed about 2 lbs already! I began this new diet a couple weeks ago and I am already seeing great results.       I hate complicated diet programs or the ones where you need to purchase food from their website – and keep buying it. I have tried those diets previously and they by no means worked for me.       The problem that many individuals have with going on a diet is that they hardly understand how their body works. Once you start to educate yourself about the body a little, losing fat becomes simple. That is why I am very glad I discovered The Venus Factor.   9. Ok I don’t feel lateral leg lifts or small leg circles doing much at all, except challenge my balancing skills. What am I doing wrong?

  10. I do the glute bridge and my cat knows and lays under me so I don’t drop lol and the wall sit she jumps in my lap… I thought Kelsey was tough I have a cat whipping me into shape. The last fortnight in my thighs and butt I have lost 6cms in both thighs & butt (I weigh 65.4kgs and I’m 159cms)

    This workout works wonderfully!

    • +Sammie Arnold It took me about a week. however I do other exercise related things like dance, yoga and running. if you really engage and try and feel the muscles working, things go by a lit faster. also, try not to only base whether a workout is working because you’re not gonna see muscle definition right away. go by the feel of your muscles when you clench and work them. can you feel them hardening under you as you move through the video. (literally place your hands on the target area if you can without compromising your form)

You know i really like this video because as you can tell this women is fit most likely works out everyday, but she’s still out of breathe while working out and it just comes off so much more personable and relatable. The entire video she’s like “Whoa, I feel the burn” and for that i thank you because she’s not coming off as if its an easy workout and makes things so much more realistic.

    • +Kayla Burgas For SURE, Kayla πŸ™‚ There are times when my conditioning is really high and I can knock one of these routines out without huffing and puffing, and then there are times where my conditioning is lower and I nearly keel over LOL.   15. Is there a possibility to not gain muscle and only lose fat for your inner thigh? Cuz I’m a ballet dancer so I already have thigh muscles yet there are some fat that are… “stuck” to my inner thigh

  19. this was my first thigh work out video since 2013& it’s been my fave! I got the best results in two weeks! then a month and I lost weight on my thighs all together ? I do this then some squat routines and it’s the best leg workout ???

    • exactly what routine videos did you do and how many times a week

    • Natalya Leyden I have a playlist of workouts called “butt and thigh workouts” and I do them twice a day and run some laps around the block. I don’t do all the videos I saved all at once I picked one leg video and one butt workout video and do it twice each two times a day early morning and late afternoon?
