    I’ve been doing your workouts 3-4 times a week they and you are so helpful. My 2yo does them with me hehe. i joined a collab (12 week weight loss challenge) called fitmas I’ve linked you in my latest video as the collaboration has about 40 you tubers all doing the fitmas challenge.
