  6. I love this type of workout, because you have to stay allert for when you say ‘down’ or ‘jump’ and because of that you don’t get bored, i find i get bored pretty quick while working out. So defenitly a great workout video! Thanks

  8. Me: Ok, let me just get myself back down/up here with good form then…hang on, Kelli’s already 3 reps ahead…Daniel: JUMP/DOWN! Me: WHAT?! Ugh! Oh okaaay! Hehe, really enjoyed this! Never knowing when the next jump/down will be makes you push harder! Oh and toe touch jumps are cruelty! 🙂 Thanks, Fitness Blender! I love getting in bursts like this to shake off that Sunday lethargy!

    (I can imagine how much fun Daniel was having interrupting Kelli with all the jumps and downs).

THAT WAS AMAZING 😀 I really enjoyed it..:D It was so challenging and seeing kelly smiling everytime Daniel was repeating jump or down one after the other made me think: He’s doing it in purpose hahahha I’m dead but I like it!! It feels SO SO SO GOOD 😀 Thanks guys for another FANTASTIC KILLING workout 😀 😀

    It’s my fitness blender anniversary today! A YEAR ago today, I discovered you, and I have been consistently working out with you 3x/week every week. You have changed my life. I feel stronger and more confident. Before I had my 3 littles, I lived in the gym. I stopped working with my firstborn and my gym membership was something we couldn’t afford any longer with just one income and a baby. NOW, I don’t even WANT a gym membership back b/c the results from your workouts have been NO COMPARISON to the gym – my body is different than it’s EVER been. THANK YOU for doing what you do – IT CHANGES LIVES!!!!! So – happy anniversary to us!!!! forever a follower!

  18. Oh my goodness what a workout!! The exercise I hate the most is Burpees which is almost in every exercise in this quick and effective workout. I always get a good workout with you two!! You two are amazing at what you do and with that being said continue to make workouts harder and challenging since that’s what our bodies need. Stay amazing! 🙂

  19. It was all fun and games until it wasn’t. I found going down easier to do than coming up.

    • IdaraO’Bonne me too. On those toe touch jumps I couldn’t wait to hear “down”. It was easier get down than to actually do the exercise.
