  8. I just came across this workout and I LOVE it!!!  I do not like step anything because the moves are always so complicated, but thank you Jessica for keeping all of the step moves very basic. I love how you incorporated the walking and step together. I burned a very good sweat with this workout. thank you

    Love this workout…I do not have a step, so I did it all on the floor, just curious, would you recommend another alternative to the step?

    I had a rest-day on monday, so yesterday I did HIIT and today I did this one and 15-min belly, buns&thighs bootcamp. This was good idea doing them together, because I don’t have step, so stepping excercises were not so much effort, I actually barely got sweaty, but after the bootcamp I felt that today workout is complete 🙂 Thank You Jessica and Peanut! 🙂

    I’m so glad that I ordered a step a couple of months ago. I really loved this workout (eventhough my thighs were burning during some of the one-legged squat moves) ! I think this might just be my favorite indoor walking workout. Thanks, Jessica! B-)

    Loved the workout! I like traditional step routines with all those kicks, around-the-worlds, power-15s, mambos and combos, but this low-imact and peaceful option is great too! Hope, we will see more such workouts from you! Thank you!

    Glad I found this video .. simple , easy ans nice … I had stopped exercise for my exams and i did this workout and went for good jog outdoors … Thanx .. Well done …

Fall Fitness Challenge Day 10 completed!  Since I didn’t have a step/riser I tried modifying my workout by doing calf raises or very low jumps/hops or lifting my knee high and balancing on one foot on the parts where I needed to step up. I did the free 20-min Core Stretch as well 🙂 Really need to work on my balance and core strength more…almost toppled over HAHAHA! Have a great start to your week everyone!

I did your 30 Day Summer Shape Up Challenge and I didn’t have a step but the whole idea made me curious so I went out and bought one and did this, my first ever step workout, today! 😀 I modified the intensity by jogging and using 3 risers and OUCH but in that amazing ‘this burns so much but it feels amazing’ way! The only equipment I used before you was a yoga mat but you inspired me so much with your creativity that now I have a step, dumbbells, a medicine ball, a stability ball and a resistance band! There are worse ways to spend Pay Day, right?! I am sweating like crazy! Thank you so much!
