Eat a clean and balanced diet that consists of real, whole foods like fruits & veggies, nuts & seeds, legumes & whole grains, and lean meats. Stay away from highly processed foods, foods that are high in fat & sugar, fried foods, and soda/sugary drinks. Stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.

“True beginners” is no exaggeration! I didn’t really feel anything while doing this but it is an accessible, low-impact workout nonetheless
Yes, you may be more challenged by an intermediate workout, but you could also increase reps to amp it up a bit. Thanks for watching 🙂

So should I do just Jill’s workouts as a beginner or can I do each of the workouts as listed day-by-day? And I’m guessing these are for guys, too? lol (I’m going to start with this anyway: I’ve got fifty pounds and Type II Diabetes to kick to the curb this year!)
Men can definitely do these workouts! We recommend following the program, but you can also do the routines at your own pace. Good luck!

I really loved this workout. It was challenging but not so much that I wanted to quit. Love this instructor. She was knowledgeable and fun. I will do this again and again.
