Welcome to GymRa's 4 week True Beginner program! Whether you're just starting out, or you fell off track and need to get back to it, we've got the goods that will you get you where you need to be. Through a combination of cardio, strength training, core, and yoga exercises, you will become stronger and slimmer, and feel more confident in your physical capabilities. Great bodies don't come out of thin air! You have to start somewhere – and this is the best place for it! The exercises will be simple and easy-to-follow, but challenging and highly effective. The key is patience, persistence, and motivation – build up the body you deserve!

Eat a clean and balanced diet that consists of real, whole foods like fruits & veggies, nuts & seeds, legumes & whole grains, and lean meats. Stay away from highly processed foods, foods that are high in fat & sugar, fried foods, and soda/sugary drinks. Stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.

    “True beginners” is no exaggeration! I didn’t really feel anything while doing this but it is an accessible, low-impact workout nonetheless

    • Yes, you may be more challenged by an intermediate workout, but you could also increase reps to amp it up a bit. Thanks for watching 🙂

  6. I agree with lovelessyayaoi, didn’t feel anything. Would Gymra consider doing a beginner series with dumbbells?

    • This series gets progressively harder. There are 8 parts – part 5 and on includes dumbbells. We also have many beginner dumbbell routines here on our channel and on our website: http://www.gymra.com. Thanks for watching!

  7. these are great.! it is hard to find true beginners workouts. Do you have a workout calendar for these workouts? I didn’t see one on the website.

  8. So should I do just Jill’s workouts as a beginner or can I do each of the workouts as listed day-by-day?  And I’m guessing these are for guys, too?  lol   (I’m going to start with this anyway: I’ve got fifty pounds and Type II Diabetes to kick to the curb this year!)

    • Men can definitely do these workouts! We recommend following the program, but you can also do the routines at your own pace. Good luck!

  10. I really loved this workout. It was challenging but not so much that I wanted to quit. Love this instructor. She was knowledgeable and fun. I will do this again and again.
