Total Body Toning Workout – 20 Minute Bodyweight Only Fat Burning and Toning Exercises at Home

Tone your body with this total body workout. It is effective by using a combination of strength elements with balance and cardio like exercises. It only takes 20 minutes and can be easily followed along at home. Also, it requires no equipment at all making it even more suitable to do at home. The exercises are designed for women but also for men, so be sure to give it a try and let me know what you think.

The workout consists of one set of 10 exercises that takes 10 minutes. You have a short water break after it and then repeated the set.
