Roaa Basseet If you reduce your calories by 100-200 a day from what you normally eat and do this workout (I also do JNL Fusion) you will notice results very quickly. I am a mom of three and am 42 and since I changed my diet to lots of fruit, veg and lean meats the weight came off amazingly. It also cured my adult acne. I just turned 13 in June and I’m 5’3 and I weighed 160 around march, I started realizing that I was bigger than all my friends and I went through tough times saying I couldn’t do it and I cried a lot, but by April I was working out, eating healthy and only drinking water, nothing else, this benefited me by losing 10 pounds. I found out about this exercise 3 or 4 weeks ago and I’ve done this workout everyday since then, I now have lost 4 lbs, for my whole life I’ve always had to wear a large or an extra large and I still never looked slim, but now I feel like I have a chance to change all of that. Sorry for the long paragraph, I just wanted to get it out lmao.
