This Killer Workout Torches Calories — About 500 in 45 Minutes

It's time to break a sweat! This 45-minute workout from celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, who trains Pink and Alicia Keys, will help you burn up to 500 calories. How, you might ask? Because Jeanette keeps you moving the entire time! It's a wonderfully intense workout, but we offer modifications for all the moves too. Grab a towel to mop your brow, a bottle of water to hydrate during the workout, and press play.

    • how long did it takes to lose this weight? and how many times at the week please?

    • Roaa Basseet If you reduce your calories by 100-200 a day from what you normally eat and do this workout (I also do JNL Fusion) you will notice results very quickly. I am a mom of three and am 42 and since I changed my diet to lots of fruit, veg and lean meats the weight came off amazingly. It also cured my adult acne. I am 5feet tall and went from ten stone to 8 stone. It took me a year. God bless ? ?

I just turned 13 in June and I’m 5’3 and I weighed 160 around march, I started realizing that I was bigger than all my friends and I went through tough times saying I couldn’t do it and I cried a lot, but by April I was working out, eating healthy and only drinking water, nothing else, this benefited me by losing 10 pounds. I found out about this exercise 3 or 4 weeks ago and I’ve done this workout everyday since then, I now have lost 4 lbs, for my whole life I’ve always had to wear a large or an extra large and I still never looked slim, but now I feel like I have a chance to change all of that. Sorry for the long paragraph, I just wanted to get it out lmao.

    I have been doing this workout for three or four weeks now. And it is amazing. I feel more energetic and I’m definitely benefiting. All the girls are so sweet and make me chuckle. And its good how all three of them are different shapes and sizes which means anyone can do this workout!! Right essay done lol. Lets keep it up!!
