Lack of exercise is the single worst risk factor for heart disease for both men and women, yet seven out of ten adults don’t do enough.

  3. Very useful. Thanks.

  4.  “P90x took a lot from this haha.”

Bullshit. Pushups, pull ups, dips, sit ups, etc. have been around a lot longer than Stew Smith or P90X.

  11. Sandy Hook NJ the best place on the Jersey Shore!

  12. Great vid. On a side note, there is much research these days showing that stretching may not only prevent you from reaching your maximum strength during a workout, but it also could leave you more vulnerable to injury.

For anyone curious, Stew Smith actually got OUT OF shape during First Phase in BUD/S. The dude is an absolute animal.

I actually would do all these exact stretches during P.E. in high-school. Except sometimes we would do it AFTER the 4 laps. So there was like no point of stretching except for just playing the sport we were going to play.

We would do those flutter kicks too. The only ab workout he didn’t mention that we did was the side crunches.

  17. Here is a good spot to place a voiceover.
