Wtf is Black’s Law?
Doc They’re referring to Black’s Law Dictionary. It has definitions of what certain words, acronyms, and Latin phrases mean in a legal sense. Sovereign citizens will use it so they can have a bunch of big fancy sounding words they can throw around to confuse people. It’s a valid book, but they take it way beyond what it’s intended to cover.
Doc Black’s law, as used by sovereign citizens, is the version from about 1898, published in England. Has ZERO applicability to modern US. All definitions in US law are in the text or appendix of said law.
