They should give these officers, more Training in Behavioral Psychology. You never reply to questions from, or debate with, a person who is being irrational or combative. Doing so, legitimizes their position in their mind.

You’ll hear this a lot in SovCit videos. However, the problem arises when SovCits extend that right to include a right to operate motor vehicles on public roads and highways and claims it protects them from state law. The Supreme Court has noted in many cases (and some that SovCits will cite that they have a right to drive such as Thompson) that states have the authority to regulate the operation of motor vehicles within the state.
By the logic of SovCits, anyone can claim that their right to travel extends to freely trespassing on public property such as US naval nuclear vessels, sensitive areas of military bases or state police department’s evidence lockers. The thinking of SovCits goes against common sense let alone actual legal doctrine and decisions.
“I have the right to travel.” Yes you do. Put 1 foot in front of other and there you go. Travel in a car and you will be obeying the rules of the road or get in trouble.
