my mate prefers not to give personal identification when a passenger in a car, the officer wanted to “hold them ALL NIGHT” as a result of being unable to identify a front passenger who understands his right of being able to travel freely as a passenger without getting harassed by a public officer. as soon as he put his phone on video mode and starting to record the unnecessary and unlawful harassment of the passengers in the car the officer changed his tune real quick, and gos on his way.
