  1. Wow I never thought I would get so sweaty from a ‘slow’ workout! My heart rate was really getting up too. Can’t believe you ran out of music lol!
I really like your flow workouts because I can feel the connection between all the parts of my body. You make me work hard but I feel great afterwards.

  2. This was awesome! Just what my body needed today.  Who knew I could sweat so much during a yoga/pilates workout.  Thanks again for this, Jessica! Have a great weekend everyone!

#SummerofStrength — workout 10 complete. Loving the variety of this challenge. This one felt like endurance today  — as it is a difficult day of the month for exercise for me 😉  Loved the reward of the melting into the floor at the end — surprised I got myself up to type this!

#SummerofStrength day 10 done!  Sneaky hard is right – I think I’m going to feel that one tomorrow. Can already feel my triceps. And oh yes, I agree with everyone else those moments of meditation and relaxation were a wonderful way to end.

day 10 of #SummerofStrength challenge – complete! Checking in a bit late here but I am so glad i waited to do this with you all. I normally get psyched out whenever i see a longer workout but I didn’t let that intimidate me and did it anyway. This workout was not bad at all in fact i enjoyed how it was broken up and being able to not be out of breath doing it.

  6. My back is really grateful. TY.

  7. Let no one be fooled. This workout works *every single muscle* you have. Awesome workout. Love it!!

#SummerofStrength  I had missed this one during week two because I was not feeling well but I made up for it today and I’m glad. This such a nice and calming workout, perfect after work.

Yoga Pilates completed! Oh my goodness! Such a sweaty mess right now just a few moves I couldn’t get past The last two! but in the end it felt so good as soon as I got to lay out & relax Here comes the CAT! Even as I type this he’s just rubbing up against me! How funny 🙂 Thank you jessica!

  11. Perfect workout for a recovery day for me. Thanks Jessica for this great workout. You are awesome.

  12. I’d been putting this workout off because of the length, but I have a goal to work through every single SOS workout without skipping any, so I knew I had to do it eventually. I set my alarm extra early for this morning to make sure I would be able to fit it in, and I’m glad I did. It’s still really tough–especially towards the end–but I detected distinct improvement in my ability to perform some of the moves. In fact, I remember there was one thing I couldn’t do at all before, but I was able to do all the reps this time! Thanks for the boost this morning, Jessica!

  13. I am all jittery now. WHEW!!!! 😀

  14. Jessica, this was truly amazing! Just discovered this workout and it really is unbelievably effective! Thank you so much! PS. I did your workouts up until I was 7 months pregnant and they helped me stay fit, happy, supple, and healthy. The result was a beautiful baby, quick delivery, and quick recovery. Your work really is wonderful 🙂
