    good video. but i can’t do every 5 seconds another exercise. I also don’t see the benefit in that. I go back to your older videos and do 1 exercise per minute.

      Sigh……day 1 done…… I struggle so much with this workout…. I’m going to do the 90day instead, will try it back some day…..
