This Host is really bad my website was down i contacted support and was informed it was not their problem and that i had to fix it. All i had installed was a blank wordpress site with no plugins so i deleted the site ran the install again from the cpanel and my site was still down. I tried to ping their server and i got Request timed out. I then spoke to Chris on Live chat saying it was their servers and i asked for my money back. Instead of getting my money back all i got was abuse. The guy who owns this should just shut it down. If you have a website hosted with Jixhost get it moved asap as it will happen to you. Don’t bother upgrading as its a single server which cant handle what is already on there.
