  8. I wish I could run outside but I live in a really crowded area and I have social anxiety problems and I just can’t run outside I feel like everyone is judging me so I just run up and down the stairs lol

    • Ay, yh i know that feeling might overtake, but feel the exercise bringing good result to yrself really take some pride, also free, most others in a crowd can’t 😀

    I have a slow metabolism so I would like to share some information to girls like me. Don’t strive for a thigh gap. Your body is made the way it is. Also if you want to stay physically fit walking won’t cut it. You’ve gotta run at least a mile and then do abs- not just crunches. For example recently I have been running two miles in under 15.
    Also watch videos that are not made by super skinny girls with fast metabolisms- they need to work out a lot less than you. I know it sucks but that’s life.

    • Olivia Drambarean well this isn’t ‘losing weight’ video. It’s just simply maintaining a healthy weight and staying fit.

  14. I don’t know why she doesn’t want high carb foods. I mean that’s pretty much what your body runs on and every cell in it runs on.

    The fact that your motivated to actually go for runs is amazing! I’m sooooo lazy and unmotivated.???

    • We all have the ability to do so, but some of us (*cough cough* me *cough cough*) have age, weather and willpower boundaries. I attend a swimming training club all year round and I can barely get out of bed because of how tired it leaves me. But I still find time at home to do exercises said to improve my swimming. I CHALLENGE YOU TO THE SEVEN MINUTE CHALLENGE. Just go to the AppStore and download the app you want: butt workout, ab workout, bikini ready, women’s, normal etc.

    • Isabelle desmit We don’t have motivation most of the time. alot of the times you have to force yourself to get up and go for a run, it makes you stronger ,
