    • Katarina D For like 5 weeks 6 exactly but i saw diffrents fast bcuz i had a strict diet i didnt ate any meat for 3 months and the best snack you can eat are nuts. You can just do this exersice and have a normal dietplan it works for both! ✓ + Drink allot of water no soda and sweatdrinks i drink soda and sugardrinks like twice a month.
