    I’ve had an anterior pelvic tilt for about 10 months now, if i do this everyday, how long will it take for my back to be normal again?

    • BTW I’ve been doing this every other day for three weeks and haven’t noticed any difference. Is this normal? Edit: holy Christ I’ve been doing this for more than a month now and still, no results! HELP.

  12. If I do this everyday how long will it take to correct my APT ? I have been suffering with this throughout my life

    • dragon fly I’ve had APT most of my life too. I’m just a few weeks in and the tilt of my pelvis has diminished significantly. Keep doing this workout 4 times/week and you will see results!

      im confused about that aswell, but i think they’re your glutes, it can only make sense

    • try not to let your back drop when doing the on all 4 excercses. try keep glutes squeezed and abs engaged to help.

    • Tried the exercise at 7 Minutes mark a few months back, saw it on another video. Got severe pain so I stopped and will never do this again. My advice is to choose only exercises which are painless, as everybody has a unique body.

  15. ???? Its working! I am only 16 and had this problem without knowing for over 3 yrs. I got it cause I sat on my computer all day. It was just impossible on the first day but I took the pain and did till my strength failed me. Got a lot of sores and spasms. Just 1 week and the arch on my back is down. I can walk and run much easier. Thank you very much for making this routine and all others..I can have my normal life back again

  19. In the first exercice I can go all the way down without felling anything, in using my abs and gluts. Why is it?
