  17. So glad I found your channel! Sometimes I only have 15 or 20 minutes to work out and I feel like I’ve had a great workout no matter which video I use. I’ve also got bad knees (one replaced, the other needing replacement, and I’m not even 50 yet!) so the low impact options are fantastic. Thank you!
