  1. How are you guys feeling? Sore? Energetic? Motivated? Hungry? Are you going to see the Workout Complete screen for all 5 days of the challenge?

    • FitnessBlender I’ve just finished this challenge and I LOVED IT SO MUCH. I’m definitely doing again these workouts. I was going to say that my favorites were the upper body ones, but then the lower body and cardio ones popped in my mind like “hey, that’s not true, you loved us as well!” so I have to admit it, I can’t decide which was my favorite haha. They were all different and they all challenged me so if you’re reading this and you’re looking for some killer and not boring workouts, do this challenge! I just feel amazing after this, forever grateful for Fitnessblender! ❤

    • I absolutely love your workouts! I have been doing your 5 day challenge over and over because it was shorter and I could fit it in before work but then I decided I wanted a little more so I got up earlier and tried this one–I loved it!!! I was even very sore for the first few days so I loved that I was hitting new muscles. I kept up with the hardest version and am so excited about the changes in my stamina, flexibility and overall well being. I am 58 and out do all of my grand children and look better than ALL of the younger girls in my office. Your workouts have given me definition in my hips and abs that I have never had before–sooo cool! I Love you guys!

    • eat ice cream and pizza all day! lol

    • +CuteGirls DIY Eat healthy! Don’t listen to people telling you to eat junk food, ffs. If you want to gain weight do strength training, that will increase your muscle mass.

    • +CuteGirls DIY You still want to workout, and you still want to eat healthily; both of these things are important for a healthy body, no matter what your exact goals are (just because you want to gain weight doesn’t mean you should eat cake and pizza all the time. Sorry, haha). Bump up your caloric intake and do more strength training than cardio (use cardio for your warm up, strength for the bulk of your workout).

  7. Hey Kelli and Daniel. I did your 5 challenge. I’m so proud of myself.

    Day 1: mostly because you didn’t know what to expect it was slightly challenging but it was just right.

    Day 2: was much easier to get through.

    Day 3: sore in the legs even after the first day but could still complete the workout.

    Day 4: I don’t know why but this was my favourite workout of all! It was challenging none the less, still slightly sore but not so bad by day 4.

    Day 5: I hope I’m allowed to say I really didn’t want to come back and workout but I finished the challenge.

    Loved it, and I feel stronger at the end of this. The workouts are a bit long but I enjoyed the challenge.

    From all workout routines I have seen online, those on your channel are by far the most true to the body, mind and soul.

    You are both giving something wonderful back to this community, and the world; and the only difference I see, which in my opinion is what makes all the difference, is that you both really care about what you do.

    That aspect alone resonates within everything you guys do, and resonates to the people that follow you, and in return it inspires us all to also care about this aspect of our lives together with you.

I can’t wait for the new 8-week program! Any chance we can convince you to release it on Sunday like you did for this challenge, so we can start our weeks off right…? ;-D

  11. Just finished the 5th day. I love how you structure the workouts. I was so so so sore after the first 2 days I was nervous going into the 3rd, but you guys designed a really amazing workout that didn’t over work those sore muscles.     Workout Complete! I used to be a long distance runner. A botched procedure for a long term pain issue I’ve had (car wreck) led to a number of health conditions (gastroparesis and fibromyalgia) and I had given up on just about everything. I couldn’t run, I can’t even drive anymore. But I hated the thought of being this shrinking weak little sick woman. So I turned to the internet and thank you Jesus! I found you. I can modify every workout so that it is something I can do and still be a challenge. I actually have some muscle again! I can never thank you enough! You have changed my life and helped also give me the boost to make sure I am actually eating and drinking water (it is incredibly difficult with GP) so my weight has been steady (that is a good thing) and I haven’t passed out in a few weeks! Amazing. Thank you! My whole family thanks you! I can keep up with these 4 kids much better with this new found energy. Challenge Complete!

  20. I don’t even want to go back to the old program I used to do anymore. I used to do a FB workout once in a while, try to mix up who I would follow… but I started the first of the year this year, and I haven’t repeated a workout once, and it’s helping TREMENDOUSLY! It used to take me FOREVER to start seeing any sort of results, physically and emotionally… but you guys, man… you guys rock! Thank you Kelli and Daniel for your routines and your very entertaining videos. =)
