  6. I actually finished all of the workouts on your channel in a little over 8 months! I did 6 days of training with 1 rest day, averaging 1-2 videos/session from last December to this past August. Now, I’m going back & doing all the low-impact options in-between your new uploads! <3

  13. i dont know how to follow what video is for each day of the month. i want to follow the daily workouts but dont understand how to stay up on it. i only do what i find that is listed on the side bar. please help me be apart to the workout family
