    Your thighs look amazing :3 thighs are my problem area :/ do you have some tips how to make them slimmer ?

    • Don’t aim to slim, just aim to get lean. Running is good if you want to get leaner. I imagine is you do squats your thighs may get bigger and more muscular depending on how much fat you always carry

    • +Ilona Benetková Squats and Lunges are divine !! Not that only that is sufficient, cardio like Jump rope or something effective is required !!

    2nd: I’d like to know about songs you listen to to keep going throughout your exercise. Are there any specific songs that are like a must-have in everyone’s playlist?

    Scola did you do gymnastics when you were younger if so can you do a gymnastics conditioning video it’s basically a workout but for gymnasts and dancers x

    I have do this, but I just did 15 min. I can not do more, my heart was hurting. I never workout, and I am starting now. Love thia video. Tomorrow I am doing the rest. ?☺

    I actually feel relieved and a bit more confident in my own body watching this workout video. I consider myself quite healthy but because of all the ‘fitspo’ images the media likes to shove in your face I felt my thighs were too big and I just couldn’t lose the weight but just finding someone who looks like me and is very healthy is comforting

  14. Hey Scola! I am 15 and have taken it upon myself to lose weight. Me, my sister and two cousins all have fitness goals to reach. My sister and I and also one of my cousins want t lose weight whereas my other cousin wants to gain. It is currently day 5 of our lifestyle change and this is the second time we have used your videos! We feel great! I am about to go and do the dorobucci video now, (as I personally love the afrobeats workouts because they combine some of my favourite things dancing and afrobeats) and im sweating, I want to faint and I have never felt better! Working out is quickly becoming my therapy and these videos are super helpful! We decided to workout everyday and honestly although stressful and I am really sore, I feel great! Thanks a lot!
