    Day 3 was hard !!!!!!!! Lawddd ! I was struggling by the end of the last round of HIT . The burnout really wore my legs out . I love Yall though ??????

    Laughed so much on how much i messed up on the stutter jacks! 25:30 i was like wait what, what’s going on here… why isn’t this working… my mind just wasnt functioning properly ?

    • +iamsomeone laughoutloud I always nail the arms, but my legs are rather stubborn and don’t want to stutter, so I end up totally messed up with the top half doing stutter jacks and the bottom half on auto-pilot doing regular ones!

  8. it just hit me, day 4 means there’s only one day left 🙁 should be happy but no I don’t want it to end just yet! Have a busy day ahead but will do everything I can to fit this workout into it! no rest days!

    • +1111italia1111 Okay. I cheated a bit. I’ve been doing all of these backwards. Plus I like to do them one segment at the time. Hopefully the fitness police won’t come after me on that one.

    • mmomj83 I admire your gusto, but rest days are important.. on a rest day you could still do some stretching to keep your body in shape but if you never have a rest day your body will not thank you.

    • That’s a good idea, Amy. My nutritionist has told me to take a rest from fitness if my body’s sore, but stretching exercises might work on those types of days and may be helpful as well. I’ll have to look into that.

  11. On Day 4 my soreness lessened thank god 😀 so that means on Day 5 i can push myself really haaaarrrrd again ! I am excited and a little bit afraid as well o.O

  15. I just Love the chemistry between you guys. My husband and I did this one together tonight in our living room and he was in my space too and was doing that wiggly finger thing and we both laughed really hard when we noticed Daniel doing it too, LOL! Keep up the great work and kicking our butts into shape with your Amazing workouts!!!
