+MARIAH SHANAY Hey Mariah. Try maybe getting a cheap backpack and putting water bottles in it. Make sure the pack ties in the front to so you can keep it as close to your body as possible as to not hurt your back.

I’ve nver did those 5day challenges but I tryed this today and I love it!! At 1st part I felt like giving up but I said to myself “Do you thing all those fit and healthy people gave up? NO! you can do it” ??

Wow, this one was a KILLER! Definitely a level 4.
The HIIT flew by, and I could, for the very first time, do the advanced version of jumping lunges with good form all the way through! Yay me!!
The strength training section was particularly draining. Especially the single leg deadlifts. For some reasons, I felt very sore in the lower back after that round. After walking around a little, I felt better and could continue.
My legs are trembling and feel like noodles right now 😀
My favorite 5 Day Challenge. Coming back for Day 2 tomorrow!
Done with these workouts and I lost 2.5kg in in 5 days. Pretty awesome ? thanks for the free videos guys. Loveyah!???

Nope I do too. It’s helps me figure out if I want to do the workout or not. Also, gives me ideas of what workout to do that day.
I prefer not to watch the video before attempting, because I would definitely lose the nerve to do it if I see beforehand the exercises like burpees and star jumps and jumping lunges and whatnot 😛
I prefer to be surprised and give it my best as long as I can, before changing to easier version.
it’s not a bad idea, imo. i didn’t before, but i will from today on. i noticed some of the fast-paced cardio videos leave me very frustrated (looking at you, Fat Burning HIIT Cardio Workout) because of the incomprehensible speech and the speed of the exercises. by the time she’s done with the third rep, i still don’t understand what we’re doing. today i ended up replacing like 2/3 of my morning workout with variations on the squat/lunge/jumping jacks theme because i didn’t get what i was supposed to be doing. For the poorly coordinated among us, it is double the struggle. I know we could simply look up the instructions for individual exercises, but it’s not very convenient for most people to have to study their workout the night before. i’m studying this one ahead though, i don’t intend to squat for thirty minutes of this workout too, unless, you know, it’s actually part of the workout.
sara like you – i watch them first so i know the level i can target my workout . i discovered this today like 5 minutes ago and am watching the whole video but following the low easy level by kellie…am going to incorporate both levels tomorrow …… i like this pair a couple that works out and stays fit together ..I am so glad i found this….i have been following kellie for 6 months now …
