    I started using this channel last week and im a beginner(again!) in exercise, no need to go to the gym these can be done at home in your own time and in your own pace, love them!!

  20. ….exercises are good (especially if you like lunges and squates) and well guided ! And they sure make you sweat a lot especially if you follow the instructions.
    ….why this torturing music in the background?
    Are there more workout (30minutes) for strengthening the knees with no jumps?? I would love to do more of those!!!
