Fat Blasting HIIT Workout | 15 Min INTENSE Full Body Circuit Training

Come sweat your face off with me! Burn fat and get a full body workout with this 15 minute HIIT routine that you can do at home- no equipment needed. We’re doing 5 exercises, 30 seconds each, with a 30 second rest in between. Repeating for a total of 3 sets, with a 1 minute rest between sets.

Our 5 exercises are:
★ Mountain Climbers
★ Jump Lunges
★ High Knee Skipping
★ Jump Squats to Burpees
★ Traveling Jump Squats
