  1. Looks really good. I’m going to try this tonight.

  2. Incredibly well done! You really transmit your relaxed state with your absolutely noticable relaxed body and voice: one already gets relaxed from simply listening to it. Perfect also that you don’t use any music, which might disturb some people: silence we all agree on and anyway you talk.

  3. That has to be the most soothing 20 minutes of my entire life. Thank you ! 🙂

  4. Thank you! I’ve been looking for this! another one was removed.

  5. This is fantastic! Wonderful way to connect with your inner energy and achieve total relaxation. I teach Tai Chi for Seniors and, hope you don’t mind, I’ll incorporate this in my classes.

  6. This is amazing its curing my back pain after just two days – thank you son much Tyler!

The movement where you release bad energy to earth and take up the good energy caught my attention. As a student of qi qong and a Muslim I was really amazed to see the similarity this has to 5 compulsory prayers where we do 22 movements divided over 5 times prayer per day. When you bend down to earth touch with hands and forehead in prostration. You can see further on wikipedia by searching Salah. Our Creator of course knows best and gave us these movements as compulsory in the form of prayer or Salah to keep the energy flowing and best health benefits.

    • Thank you for sharing that. Since it has been a year, are you noticing any more similarities now?

    • Adrian Cahill Im a Muslim as well , im doing Salah few years , and afterwards i feel like i did this exercise… Thats very powerful , and to explain you that i need a lot of time , and it depends how much educated you are as well, for me to explain you the way you could understand easily…
Anyway , Im doing this exercise for a week , and i have even more power…
Try it and you wont regret it , i promise you.. you just have to have a discipline to do it at the morning and in the night as well…Stay cool :))

    • If you want the best method for building up your chi then I recommend you go here now: HootChi.info

    • No. This means that the early builders of Islam took their knowledge by keenly observing the ancient masters. Islam is only 1200 years old, QiGong about 5000 years.
