Got my friend to join along! Thanks for the 5 days… Looking forward to doing this in the morning

  2. I absolutely looove to work out with you! And I also like that you both work out in this video, it gives me the feeling that I am actually working out with you together in one room 😀 😀 You are the best!!!!!

  3. anyone try to copy Kelly’s way of boxer shuffle or is it just me?

  4. Is it a bad thing I do this in the evening? In the morning, i feel so sluggish and don’t want to so anything since i’m not a morning person. Although, around 5:00-7:00, I am more motivated to do things and i’m more active.

    • Am doing this at 11pm tonight and thats totally fine. Tried the 5am workouts but it just wasnt working for me. So work out at whatever time is good for you.

+Liya Seleshi It’s actually proven that you’re at your physical peak of the day between 4-6 pm! It starts to decline after 7 pm. So that makes perfect sense 😛

    • Moldovan Eugen July 12, 2015 @ 6:01 pm

+Liya Seleshi It’s not bad, but it’s not as effective as working out in the morning, on empty stomach. When working out, your body needs energy and it usually takes its energy by the easiest way, that being food, then fat tissue, then eventually muscle(if none of the others is available). There’s a lot of biology and science, just make sure you don’t work out immediately after having your meal. 🙂
P.S: I speak from my personal experience; this doesn’t mean your body has to work this way.

    • FlashemisArrow July 22, 2015 @ 1:12 pm

+Moldovan Eugen I personally can’t do HIIT’s on an empty stomach. I can do anything else ranging from intense abs to cardio, but HIITs seem to be something I really need fuel for. I haven’t tried it yet, and don’t plan to haha.

    • Moldovan Eugen July 22, 2015 @ 8:55 pm

+FlashemisArrow I know what you’re saying. ) I don’t do it really often, because I know it’s hard and it consumes a little bit of muscle tissue alongside fat. But for me that’s the most efficient time of the day. When I do it, I usually think about the food I’m going to eat AFTER I finish. If you ever reconsider your decision, take a snack half an hour before you do it. 😀

one of the good things about you (which is a lot) is you make us feel normal and we can do it, not like other trainers.

    • +alshaimaa almarwei +FitnessBlender I totally agree! I start my day with your workouts. I like the normality and thought behind all the workouts. And hearing you guys converse like a regular couple is a plus. Thank you for all the workouts!

  6. before finding this channel i have never really committed myself to working out and keeping fit but i have been doing regular exercise for the past year or so only taking like a weeks break at maximum because of holidays or being ill. So thank you so much for making exercise so enjoyable and doable unlike many fitness channels.

  7. i guess makes sense why day 2 was so easy, gotta prepare myself for this haha

  8. Beáta Kovács June 24, 2015 @ 4:16 pm

    They’re just laughing while I’m dying…

  9. Before I played this video, I thought to myself in no way am I going to do all 53 minutes of this video.. I’m too tired (and lazy LOL) but in a blink of an eye I finished the whole thing 😀

  10. I wish I hadn’t filled my stomach with water right before that heel tap+jump -thing at 26:32. 😀

  11. I loved this workout. I was so mentally exhausted before the workout, now I’m physically spent, but SO energized mentally. Back to writing that paper!!!

  12. You forgot the most important part! You didn’t say “This workout is complete.”
Now it doesn’t feel like proper workout :'(

  13. everytime I see “cool down and stretch” I’m like “OH YES PLS”

  14. a cat on a snowboard August 26, 2016 @ 12:44 am

Whenever I know I need to work out on a particular day, I pull up the fitness blender video I want to do and then immediately read the comments. Today I saw someone say: ‘before I started this I was mentally exhausted and now I’m physically exhausted but it was worth it’. I was mentally quite tired and using that as an excuse not to work out. WELP now I’ve done this workout and I definitely feel much better, all around. yay!

  15. i love these guys so much! I usually find trainers that are so annoyingly pushy like, ‘do it like you’re gonna die’ kind of stuff lol some might like it but the way these guys motivate you and workout with you is so humane and relaxing, the jokes you guys crack, everything is perfect and reminds me that we’re all human and we can do this lolll its not something impossible haha

    • Yeah they are so down to earth and laid back. So many of these youtube trainers have that obviously fake enthusiasm and won’t stop shouting at you while jumping in their underwear next to a pool talking about six packs

    • Punderful Things November 17, 2017 @ 2:20 am

Exactly! And I love when they take a quick pause or struggle because I feel less inadequate when I’m struggling with the workout, as well haha

  16. “Don’t put your hands under your butt, that’s cheating” dammit how did he know xD

  17. Workout complete! My legs are actually still sore from Day 1 so I mostly stuck to the low impact cardio version. This 5 Day Challenge is keeping me active while I write the new 8 Week FB30 program!

  18. *Kelli pushes Daniel*
“I’m on my side! why do you need so much space?!”
“Cause the calorie bar is right here!!!”
    Hahahaha

    Hello!
Just a quick message to tell you that you have the best workouts, Daniel and Kelli. I’m so grateful to have come across your videos; they changed my way of thinking towards exercising in general. I like how you can show begginer/low impact and also harder versions. I also like your attitude : no over-smiling, over-enthusiastic self-satisfied individuals ; just normal human beings teaching us how to take care of our bodies. And also, I love the fact that I can put whatever music I want and not have to endure the ”typical” work-out music!
Lots of love from Canada <3
