Level: Basic-Intermdeiate

Description: Dance with me in this Latin/International style aerobic fitness workout filled with 6 individually choreographed songs with unique styles, flavors, and rhythms. Warm-up with fun heart-pumping moves and a standing toning section targeting the abdominals and lower body. Next, do a fun Reggaeton song followed by a super Salsa, then on to a hip shaking Cumbia. Finally rock it out with with a Club Groove before you cool down and stretch. Time will fly by with and this workout will soon become one of your favorites. For modifications, please follow Daniel on the left of the screen.

    Hi Jenny! we miss you love your workouts .is this workout considered as a low impact HIIT or is it just a normal low 30 min workout?

    • +Valeria Da costa That is a great question! This workout is considered a lower-impact dance workout, with modifications provided by Daniel on the left of your screen. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. =)

    I liked this workout. Thank you for posting it. Can you tell me approximately how many calories are burned with this video?

    • +Anaestasia Jackson I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Honestly, it’s hard to estimate exactly how many calories are burned because there are so many varying factors from person to person such as weight, energy expended, etc., but a good estimate would be around 250-350. Hope that helps. =)

  15. I did it today twice as my 1h planned workout for a day
    It’s really great and I was happy that i can actually do this becaue I tried a lot workuts but mostly failed because I couldn’t do the moves and was really hard but this time was different I’m going to stick with these workouts and also use other simple workouts like this rom you
    And I was really sweating a lot
