I think most American citizens are aware today that the cops enforce their opinions and feelings not necessarily the laws. The oath they take uphold the Constitution is just something they have to say to graduate the academy. Judges legislate From the Bench all the time so I guess cops think they can to now. When you have to file a complaint against the government, who do you complain to ?the government. Isn’t that just fantastic!

Sometimes. Just because some officers have done terrible things doesn’t mean ALL officers are terrible. That’s like saying all blacks were once slaves or criminals, or all Muslims are all terrorists, or all Germans in the world wars were mini hitlers. A lot of people gave up supporting hitler in WW2, and many were not so happy with the reason why they fought in WW1. Remember, Hitler manipulated the Germans into enacting the Holocaust.
