    You don’t need permission to record a police officer on duty. Then this stupid cop gets out of his vehicle and harass the person recording knowing that he is being recorded. The Civil Office of Police Accountabilty(C.O.P.A.) and the CPD superintendent should NOT have any questions in finding this rotten officer unjustified in his actions
