Burn 250-360 Calories & LOSE Love Handles! | Full Body Workout Routine

This full body workout is quite challenging but it is definitely THE WORKOUT that you must try if you want to lose those love handles, back fat and all that! It burns over 200 calories easily. For me it burns 250 calories that’s because I’m quite petite and small. If you are taller than me (including doing it in high intensity) you will burn much more. For men… you guys will burn more than 300 calories EASILY! 360 is a moderate number for you men out there! You guys can get definitely more out of this!

Hope you enjoy this workout. Also, don’t give up. It is hard at first but it will get easier. You will need to build your strength over time and also your stamina. I can do pretty intense workout because my heart can handle it. If you can’t then tone it down and slowly build it up. If there’s any exercises that you can’t do in this workout, then do it more slowly and challenge yourself to work harder the next session! YOU CAN DO IT!

  1. This is a pretty intense workout and this works the WHOLE BODY, so your abs, chest, legs, arms.. you get my point! It can be quite hard at first, so just do it at your own pace if you can’t keep up with my speed. It will get easier once you’ve built some strength and stamina. ENJOY THE WORKOUT GUYS!

    • Horizon i recommend doing neck exercises,I used to have a double chin but ever since i have started doing neck exercises it has gone away.Also if you exercise and lose weight your excess fats on your fact will gradually go away.

  11. Hi Chloe <3 Thank You so much for this workout, I already did it and I feel so good and so exhausted 😀 Can You do some double-chin exercises? Or is this a myth? I heard, sometimes these exercises are dangerous... What do You think and know about it?

      I myself did have double chin fat too. But yeah try to lose whole body fat and you’ll see the difference. My jawline is much clearer now and many people ask why I suddenly got that vline lol

    • Yeah, but I know a lot of skinny people who have double chin too :/ so that video will be very helpful ^^

    • Eating clean and running/jumping helps!!

    • Don’t mean to sink your boat but you can’t target your double chin. You have to lose fat overall. For example, you can’t lose fat from your belly by doing sit ups and ab targeted exercises. You’ll lose fat but it might not come from your belly and might come from your legs.

    • I’ve seen a few vids in where they stretch their neck to lessen double chin, that may help cuz i do that for my chubby cheeks (even tho im skinny)

  13. Why do you always film your workouts from the side? It’s pretty difficult to see everything properly from this point. It would be much more convenient if you showed the exercises facing the camera

    • not always I think side is better because if she’s doing mountain climbers or something facing the camera…ehhh..
