    Bodyweight = no excuses 😉

  3. love that no equipment was used in this!

  4. Thanks to you guys and my own motivation and new habits, I was able to lose the 20 pounds I wanted to shed last year and get toned and healthy. However, this summer, I stayed active but started to lose my healthy eating habits and started allowing myself to treat myself to things and eat things that I never would have otherwise. Unfortunately, those habits have stayed with me since summer and now I’m getting less active as well. I miss the feeling of feeling great about what you eat and exercising your body, so I started again today with you. I was embarrassed by the fact that I had to take a break halfway through this (which wasn’t the given break) when I used to be able to do 45 minute HIIT videos all the way through and still be eager to try other ones. I’m definitely ready to work myself back to my old healthy ways!!

  5. When do Burpees ever get easier?!

  6. I’m sweaty and disgusting right now & only took a half hour…. perfecto! 😛

  7. To hear workout complete is the best thing ever?

  8. thanks so much for making these workout videos. I have lost 7lbs and have toned areas that I believed would never tone because of my age and I have had 4 beautiful children. you are appreciated greatly

    • +Xxrubyxx hey Ruby sorry I’m not the one you wanted to answer your Q but I used to weigh 10 stone 10 pounds at 17 years old and I’m now 22 and weigh 9 stone 3 pounds. I am 5’10. I found working out 3 times a week 45 mins each and cutting out chocolate, biscuits, snacks and fattening foods really helped. my diet would generally be. Breakfast: two bowls of wholegrain cereal (I love breakfast) snack: an apple and banana, lunch: salad with olives and maybe tuna or chicken. Dinner: tuna pasta or jacket potato l. Desert: fat free yoghurt. hope it helps! I also do leg slimming workouts I find on youtube to remove extra unwanted fat. I also do a lot of modelling and this has really helped me keep in shape. Hope I helped! xx

    • My diet is no fried foods. I switched breads for wheat tortillas. I don’t count calories. If I’m hungry I eat, but I make my portion small. No sodas or chocolates at all. I don’t eat after 6pm.

    • I found cutting out bread worked a lot!

    • tessa tadlock , good to hear about your progress , u said u are toned now , can u plzzzz tell me this workout help u to remove fat from belly , I mean u reduce your belly fat, I want to know becoz I am going to start this and want flat tummy before marriage, hope u reply

    • Its My Life Im on the same journey but you cant target one specific area to remove fat. It will slowly come off all over. Good luck on your fitness as well as your wedding.

It feels great when you hear “Workout Complete”.

  11. 20 lbs down since February, now to do 15 more before the year is out! Thank you so much for making these wonderful workout videos. I’m constantly challenged 🙂 Love ya guys! <3

+Ciara Collins really? 20 lbs down?

    • Yep! I pushed myself, not saying I was perfect with what I ate, but I kept my eye on the goal. Just watch calorie intake, make sure you have a deficit but don’t starve yourself. Eat when you are hungry, sometimes your body needs extra calories and protein to recover from workouts.

    • +Ciara Collins how’s it going?

    • Still only 20 lbs down, but I haven’t gained any back I plan on getting back on my diet after the holidays. School and work has been keeping me busy, but I’m still doing well just keeping my weight down 🙂

    • +Ciara Collins that;s great! sometimes the worst part is keeping the wright off lol

  12. I just had an awesome workout at home and I’m glad I stumbled on these videos..I had to subscribed ASAP and I must cancel my gym membership. This was great.! Keep these videos coming as I look forward to toning and maybe gain some weight/muscle!!

  13. Yikes, I needed a break at 7 minutes and needed to “hit pause” for the break and grab another water bottle… This workout is killer, but definitely rewarding!!

    • I have experienced that drinking too much water makes me not perform well…instead a drink more often but very little sips… I even got some nausea before from so much liquid in the stomach

  14. “If I’m being honest, I haven’t done HIIT in a month” –> the words that got me through this workout! ?

  15. Love this routine. For those trying, the first ten minutes are hard, the first five will numb you, but after the 15 minute mark, it’s pretty easy. Just in case anybody else is trying this and felt like they should give up in the first five minutes. Keep going.

Plus I loved how I could do all of these moves, whereas some routines demand you to have some sort of strength in some part of your body, I could at least give each one a good shot. Except push ups. I never could actually do those….

    Anyways, Day 1 complete….

  16. James O'Hanlon June 30, 2016 @ 8:04 am

I thought it would be easier by the end because I was so much lighter than when I started… sweated so much!

  17. GUYS i’m so proud of myself, i’m doing this workout after 7 months of laziness and today i started again i did it for 15 minutes now i’m taking a break and finishing it lmao. So motivated, gonna do this every second day with cardio!

  18. please please pleaseee never take these videos off the internet! they have become an essential part of my life. Thank You
