Cassowary the reason people get angry is because, you have no original reason to arrest a person… so how can you therefore charge them with resisting arrest.. if there was never an original crime to begin with… except for making them angry or frustrated… it is not illegal to make a cop angry to cuss at a cop or anything like that…. it is a chicken and an egg….. the police do not deescalate situations which is what they should be able to do in the majority of these situations there’s no reason for these to get that far out of hand…. that’s what leads to people getting shot for no reason..
