    • +HelloChany You might’ve already seen but they do use equipment, in some of the ‘booty’ videos they have they use hand weights that add up to squats or lunges (or similar exercises) but you can also buy leg weights which you strap around your ankles and do some donkey kicks with them. As for abs, the core is included in all kinds of movement so just focus on those muscles, don’t let them get loose.

  5. I made it to the water break but I have asthma and a weak ankle so it really makes it hard. but I need to the lose weight to keep up with my husband who got back into working out. Can’t let him get skinny and I not try. I’ve gone from 230 to 220. any one got any no equipment workouts I could do taking my asthma and ankle into account to help with the bit of sag from losing my weight?

    • +sarah “sweetfighter” Softthorns i have asthma i did Äșight jogs for a year and it can help becase it gets more oxogen, it also uses your muces so exercise is easyer

      +Lewis Perc thank you. my husband wont let me go jogging quite yet until my breathing on a normal basis gets better but i will try it out when i can

  6. I’ve never tried any of your workouts until today because I always believed they were too hard for me. I would constantly watch my little sister do your workouts on a regular basis, but I always thought she was more healthier and had more endurance/stamina than me, even though we both have asthma. I was wheezing halfway through, but made it to the water break without stopping. I really need to lose weight because I’m already 215 lbs. and I’m not even 20 yet. I felt so proud of myself because I was able to finish the whole workout. 🙂

  8. I just started using FB a week and a half ago and I lost 3 pounds! Thank you so much for your videos. I’m a college student and don’t want to spend the money on a good gym membership, With some motivation and discipline, this is a great alternative.

    Why do cardio workouts use squats so much? I’ve been doing the tonal + cardio workout and yesterday I could hardly stand or sit or lay down without something burning

      Seriously! My thoughts exactly, although I know they do it cause quads are some of the biggest muscles in the body, so if you use them you’ll start sweating and breathing hard fairly quickly, hence the popularity in using them for cardio workouts. FB cardio workouts are definitely squat heavy, they hit your thighs a lot, it’s no wonder Kelly has such strong looking thighs. Although sometimes it’s a little aggravating, especially through the workout plans when it’s a “cardio day” and you just had a lower body workout the day before and your legs are already killing so the “cardio day” feels like another leg day v_v I like squats here and there, but I do wish they would use them a little less on the workouts that are supposed to be for cardio

      Ahh that’s good, I’m doing one of their workout plans and it’s five days on 2 days off, and this week is killing me, it’s been the hardest week so far I think, last week’s wasn’t so bad. I think I’m on the 5th week

  13. Definitely saved onto favorite, definitely subscribed! Was going to go jogging this morning but wanted to do something indoor today. I admit, I was thinking that this wasn’t going to be all that compare to jogging and sweating outside, but darn this workout was good!!. Definitely will gradually flip through this channel’s other videos, eventually. Awesome vid., sure glad I gave it a chance. :]

    Swear Kelly is not human, how are you able to talk during these and yet you barely sweat… I looked at myself at the end and i was eating my own sweat haha love the workouts.

      she has breaks throughout the video (and they change her clothes too) so she can show the exercises correctly

    • these guys are the real deal! they never change clothes, and only take breaks during our “water breaks” too.. they workout the entire time with us to show how tough the workouts really are!
