Workout:
Try to get in 1-5 minutes of static stretching
and 1-5 minutes of dynamic stretching
(stretch time and stretches are not included in the video)(look for our videos on stretching)
Round 1…….. 4 mins
:60 Sit-ups (modify with weight if needed)
:60 Crunch
:60 Bicycles (the higher you sit the easier the exercise)
:60 Ultimate Burpee
Steps for Ultimate Burpee
1.fall to a pushup position
2. pushup
3. row to the right then row to the left
4. kick your feet in and stand up
5. biceps curl
6. shoulder press
7. triceps extension

:60 plank
:60 plank to palm (modify by going to knees)
:60 plank to palm pushup (modify by going to knees)
:60 Ultimate Burpee
