These people are idiots. Really think praying will make you except from laws and regulations concerning operation of a motor vehicle? What makes them better than the rest of us? State laws and regulations are for everyone traveling in that state. Just shoot them! Put them out of their misery.?????

this first guy with the knappy headed dreads thinks he knows the law he is a passenger in the car and the cop is asking for the drivers license of the person driving the car and he says they are not driving but traveling what a idiot they both mean one and the same but i am guessing this punk never finished school guess he missed that part of english about words that are spelled different but mean the same thing these soverign citizens are reading laws made long before the invention of the car and traffic laws are not covered under the constitution of the US but under the state constitution under amendment ten guess they dont read up on that one
I don’t know how it works in the US, but here in Canada, you are obligated to show ID to a police officer if you are a) Operating a motor vehicle b) prowling at night or c) under arrest. A passenger in a vehicle is under no legal obligation to present ID or to identify yourself, however a peace officer can ask for the ID, he/she just cannot compel you to provide it. That’s why they, in a commanding voice, ASK to see it, and not demand it. If you voluntarily show it, even if you think you have to, then you did so by your own volition. It’s a sneaky cop trick, but it often works.

You are exactly correct. Anyone has the right to travel freely – however the means of travel have restrictions. You cannot operate a motor vehicle without a valid DL, insurance, registration etc. You can walk anywhere you want! Have at it! But if you choose to operate a vehicle, then you choose to follow the regulations that come with that privilege.
