I AM familiar with the dread Scott case and over a century of legal ruling and a constitutional amendment have over ruled it.
And no where in the Dred Scott decision does it say Blacks don’t need a license to drive or travel in a car or vessel, or automobile.

shyboy 1992 when the articles of confederation were written they included a passage that stated all people were free to travel freely across the United States. What these fucking delusional morons fail to understand is what they meant by free traveling was that states could not charge or impose a penalty to enter or leave a state.

Yes you can travel freely. However it has been ruled by the SCOTUS stated and ruled that the states can regulate your travel on the public road ways…. No your plate and registration that you filed is not legal. Your record book does not mean anything.

itsmegp46 some people use the argument that Moors aren’t Americans because of case law from pre civil war slavery America. The Scott case which they bring up was because a slave lived in both a free and open territory (out west state) before slavery had been either out lawed or made legal. The supreme Court found, “per the Constitution,” black people can not be American citizens, and Scott’s stay in Illinois and Minnesota area (if I recall), did not make him free.
