When the dummy says that there are no persons in his domicile but natural persons, he omits that the distinction made in jurisprudence is between a natural person (a human being) and a legal person (a business entity, etc.).
Well I believe both the “Natural” and “Legal” Person can end up in the Slammer.
In another video, the dummy states that the US Constitution was written by white people, which is true, and therefore doesn’t apply to black people. In this video the US Constitution is brought up to substantiate his point, but I thought that he said that it didn’t apply to him, what a character!

These clown change their story to suit them. He was hoping that they didn’t have a warrant. But since they do, he’s claiming it has to be signed by a special judge. Frankly, no such judge exists and they know this.
I’m surprised that cops generally let these people play out their games much more than most of us would have in their shoes. Personally, as soon as anybody mentioned that nonsense (there are no “persons” here) I’d lock them up for a 72 hour psychiatric hold.

It is still just a dictionary so it defines word usage, not codified meaning. And one has to use the current version to even remotely have any hope of using the definitions in any authoritative way. What happens often is that they overlook general usage of terms and focus on a specific restricted definition. Black’s Law provides both. ‘Person’ and ‘crime’ are two terms that have general usages often used even in the legal profession, but specific definitions of the word restrict their applicability to a more narrow interpretation, so they propose those definitions are the only ones that matter.
