The most amazing thing about this guy @2:49 admits that the Supreme Court found that states may impose regulations on operation of motor vehicles under the Constitution. Then justifies ignoring the Supreme Court because “it’s not an obligation. It’s not mandatory.” Also then says the states may not “if the citizens find out they don’t need a license.”
Clearly the citizens can override the Supreme Court “if the citizens find out they don’t need one.” Everyone can just ignore the Supreme Court, the final arbiter of the law in the United States, if they “find out” to the otherwise.
