and the state controls the need for drivers licenses not the federal govt nor the constitution cause the need for licenses is not in the constitution and driving without a license is illegal in all 50 states as well as not having the car registered or insured that is a law under the state

Every time I watch one of these videos, it feels like deja vu. The cops don’t just flash their lights in emergency situations, they do it for safety reasons as well. It informs other drivers to slow down and proceed with caution as they pass.
