good tips in this video here…make sure before you start exercising that you have a diet plan or you won’t see many results

  3. Just reviewed the Abs & Oblq -for smaller waist and wait to try it.  Prior to that review I did the Brutal butt & thigh, 10 min ab and oblique and the Standing abs 10 minute workout…I feel so good…it was hard work…but doable and I feel that the more I often do these the stronger I’ll get.  Think I’ll like to get in shape in 30 days.

  12. Do I need to do a warm up and a cool down before and after this workout? if yes, how long should those be? Thanks ;D

    • They usually have 5 minutes of warm up and cool down in their longer videos!

    • +Solangel Buitrago Yes, you should warm up and cool down every single time you exercise. Usually a 5-10 minute warmup and 5-10 minute cool down (stretching) is good.
