This workout will burn approx 400 calories.
Repeat 3x: (50:10)
1) side lunge, curtsy lunge (right leg)
2) staggered pushups
3) side lunge, curtsy lunge (left leg)
4) leg circles
5) touchdown squats w/ leg lift
6) SL glute bridge (right leg)
7) rolling pushups
8) SL glute bridge (left leg)
*short rest, then 1 min mountain climbers.

This is exactly what I was needing. I workout at home, at 6am, in a 3rd floor apartment. I was always adapting other workout videos so I can do them without waking up the entire building. Great idea!
