I actually finished all of the workouts on your channel in a little over 8 months! I did 6 days of training with 1 rest day, averaging 1-2 videos/session from last December to this past August. Now, I’m going back & doing all the low-impact options in-between your new uploads! <3

Loveeee your longer workouts!!! Instead of using a pillow, I used two 1,5kg weight, one in each ? Now I feel sweat dribbling down my face. So proud that I did the whole workout, without any pause? I’ve followed you for over a year and if I want to workout, your Videoer are the best! (I’m 15 years old)

The channel for hauls & such She did a whole month of ballet workouts in May called ballet box. I think there is a playlist on the channel ☺ it’s really good
