This is an excellent training routine. I have bought the video package in January 2016. This video and the accompanying book are excellent, simple to understand and to follow. I thought I was in good shape until I tried to follow the entire phase one workout, 21 exercises in total. Could not really do it all, and discovered that the Alligator Crawl for example, can be very difficult; and so is the Switch Lunge. I have been practicing Phase I of this routine for 3 months now, and I am doing much better than when I first started. I am now doing 12x sets, and 75 secs on timed events. I am learning to breathe, control my mind and focus on posture. Back in January I had knee pains and my right elbow was injured as well, but I was determined to keep up. The cool thing is that this routine has helped bring my body into balance and increase my work capacity. I have also learned to warm up and cool down properly.
Needless to say that by virtue of being motivated by this routine I also discovered other related things; see Unbeatable Mind by Mark Devine at SealFit.com, or check out outstanding material and work posted at ExtremeSealExperience.com. Thank you for creating/sharing this video. Rock On!
