you fucking scum bag
Lack of exercise is the single worst risk factor for heart disease for both men and women, yet seven out of ten adults don’t do enough.
Very useful. Thanks.
“P90x took a lot from this haha.”
Bullshit. Pushups, pull ups, dips, sit ups, etc. have been around a lot longer than Stew Smith or P90X.
Are those the old barracks in the background?
no, those are the new ones…

good video !
Sandy Hook NJ the best place on the Jersey Shore!
Nah, Spring Lake is much better in my opinion.
Great vid. On a side note, there is much research these days showing that stretching may not only prevent you from reaching your maximum strength during a workout, but it also could leave you more vulnerable to injury.
+JustifyJustin you’re right about static stretch holds, but dynamic stretches prior to a workout are certainly useful.
JustifyJustin yea man I’m sure your a decorated seal also
For anyone curious, Stew Smith actually got OUT OF shape during First Phase in BUD/S. The dude is an absolute animal.
This guy is my hero!
I actually would do all these exact stretches during P.E. in high-school. Except sometimes we would do it AFTER the 4 laps. So there was like no point of stretching except for just playing the sport we were going to play.
HispanicCausinPanic why are you in PE you fucking maggot
We would do those flutter kicks too. The only ab workout he didn’t mention that we did was the side crunches.
Here is a good spot to place a voiceover.
