….exercises are good (especially if you like lunges and squates) and well guided ! And they sure make you sweat a lot especially if you follow the instructions.
….why this torturing music in the background?
Are there more workout (30minutes) for strengthening the knees with no jumps?? I would love to do more of those!!!
