Yes, it gets rid of it. But it won’t be without a lot of work. This workout is tough and you’ll have to build up to it. But nothing I’ve tried works faster.

Hello, I swear by Callanetics, which is gentle and incredibly effective. This looks similar but much more jerky and violent. Is this safe for people of my age, 55 and not perfect back and knees etc !? :)If yes to above, is there a program similar to Callan’s 20min each AM/PM Callanetics!? Thank you for reading!
+Zuheyr Alsalihi : I do not know if these are safe for you or not. But I believe Callan Pickney studied with Lotte Berk, so there is similarity. You might email Suzanne Bowen of Suzanne Bowen Fitness for suggestions. She’s wonderful about replies and she was a Lotte Berk instructor initially.

Callanetics was based on this program. This works better. I’ve been doing it about 2 to 3 times a week for the last 2 months and it has changed my body shape more than any program I’ve done before it. You don’t have to do the jerky movements. Modify. Move slower, pause the tape. My knees are bad, but this program has not hurt them at all nor my lower back.
Absolutely, absolutely fantastic. I’m a 10-yr recovering spinal fracture patient and this helps everything; flexibility, mobility, stability; all of it.
Also a great compliment to my yoga practice & weightlifting- gave insights that will immediately improve my poses and give me a path towards progressing them, where I’ve been hitting a wall for awhile.
