Once a day or few times a week or multiple times a day? How often should I shoot for as a complete out of shape beginner?
+ky3lee every day. you as many reps as you can, even tho everyone starts yelling at me no you dont do that! 3 sets of as many reps as you can. after the first day you should not to be able to do any reps for a week. then after a month you can just keep goin. you become so strong.

If I can’t really lift my legs off the floor much is that a strength issue or flexibility because I feel like I have enough strength to lift them but I’m too tight so they just won’t budge lol Idk! Either way I’ll be working on these! Very helpful!
