lisa jones you are however legally required to have an up-to-date drivers license and have said vehicle registered and have insurance on the vehicle in order to operate the vehicle on public road ways. Frankly, I don’t care what anyone says, a car is a vehicle. No debate about that. You can travel all you want and wherever you want without any of that though. But if you plan on driving (legally) you’re suppose to have the afore mentioned items lined up.
