I was pulled over by a Cop and I told him I wasn’t driving, I was home sleeping. The Cop told me to wake up and report my Car stolen.

That state trooper at about the 7:40 mark is the problem with bone headed cops that think you have to kiss their Nazi butts when they “say” so. He actually said, “I don’t care what the supreme court says”. At that point it becomes crystal clear that you are dealing with an arrogant self involved tyrant who couldn’t care less about other people’s rights and civil liberties. At leas he had the good sense to walk away when he was told to by a sergeant.

Supervisor at the end was pretty kind, deserved at least a “thank you” for re-affirming that his officers may have detained him without actual probable cause and were in the wrong.
Yep no reason well except no tag no license and a warrant. But hey those mean nothing. Oh yeah the car was transported there magically.

yeh, they can not arrest you for a warrant unless it happened in that particular state where they pulled you over OR if it was a Country wide warrant. Most warrants are state to state and they can not arrest you in that case.
R S are you on glue? It’s called extradition. You absolutely can be detained under another state for warrants.
Most states will not extradite you on a out of state bench warrant, in other words a warrant issued over a misdemeanor.

he was just doing his job, yes he was wrong and when his superior told him he was wrong he backed off, remember if he was dealing with a real criminal the criminal would have lied to him, so cops are not going to take the word of a member of the public because if they do and they are wrong they could put people in danger including themselves.
